Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Senior Health & Safety Advisor based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the company's EHS Management System on the project
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture on site with site management, contractors, and workers
  • Monitor EHS compliance on site and generate weekly inspections and reports
  • Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
  • Influence and coach the site team in implementing best-practice EHS standards


Requirements
  • Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
  • 8+ years' experience in health and safety roles
  • Previous construction experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications
  • Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
