Job Description Staff Grade Social Worker Primary Care North Mayo Network Team Location: North Mayo, Co. Mayo Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract (with potential for extension) Hours: 35 Hours per Week The North Mayo Primary Care Network Team is seeking a Staff Grade Social Worker to join its supportive multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals, families, carers, and community services across a diverse rural catchment area. Key Responsibilities Complete psychosocial assessments and provide appropriate interventions. Support individuals, families, and carers within the community. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Liaise with statutory, voluntary, and community organisations. Participate in community initiatives and service development. Maintain accurate records and professional standards. Essential Requirements Recognised Social Work qualification. CORU mandatory Excellent communication and organisational skills.
