The Role

As Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving performance, developing talent, and creating a positive team culture. You will be responsible for motivating, coaching, and supporting your team to consistently deliver exceptional results. This role is Mon - Fri 12pm - 8.30pm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and analysing individual and team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback
  • Conducting weekly one-to-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, development, quality, and engagement
  • Supporting agents in achieving and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
  • Identifying coaching opportunities and implementing development plans to improve performance
  • Providing insights and feedback to the Operations Manager, including recommendations for process improvements
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Building a positive, high-performing team culture that reflects Uniquely values
  • Driving engagement and motivation across the team
  • Consistently demonstrating leadership behaviours aligned with company values and business objectives

About You

You are an experienced people leader who enjoys developing others and creating high-performing teams.

You will have:

  • Previous Team Leader experience within a fast-paced contact centre environment
  • A proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others
  • Available to work Monday - Friday 12pm - 8.30pm
