Act as PSCS and/or PSDP for assigned capital, energy, and decarbonisation projects, ensuring full compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations
Coordinate and oversee onsite contractors, ensuring safe systems of work, permit-to-work compliance, and adherence to client and statutory HS requirements
Manage and deliver onsite components of energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and capital improvement projects for the client, from scoping through to commissioning
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will liaise directly with client engineering, facilities, and EHS teams.
Support energy audits, project scoping, and technical reporting in line with Climeaction's CAaaS methodology
Track project progress, costs, and risks; report regularly to the Climeaction project lead and client stakeholders
Support other Climeaction client projects and account teams as required, contributing engineering expertise across the wider portfolio
Contribute to ISO 50001 energy management system activities where applicable on client sites
Essential Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Electrical, or related discipline)
Demonstrated health safety experience in an industrial/construction environment, with working knowledge of PSCS/PSDP duties under Irish construction regulations
Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working independently onsite as a client-facing representative
Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills
Full clean driving licence

Experience working within an ISO 50001 energy management system
Experience working in the life sciences / pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Knowledge of energy efficiency, decarbonisation, or carbon reduction project delivery
Tradesperson, Safety Officer, or PSCS/PSDP-specific qualifications/training

Exposure to a broad range of decarbonisation and energy projects across Climeaction's client portfolio
A supportive, B Corp-certified employer committed to climate action and sustainable industry
