Trade Mark Associate (Trainee)
The Role
The role of a Trade Mark Attorney is to assist clients with the registration and protection of their trade marks. Our team of highly experienced attorneys advise on the availability, protection, use and enforcement of trade marks. Our extensive client base ranges from start up ventures to multinational corporations in a wide range of sectors. On the job training and support will be given to enable the successful candidate to qualify as a registered Trade Mark Attorney.
The Candidate
Candidates should have a degree in Law, preferably with an IP module or a modern European language (2:1 equivalent). Applicants will have a logical approach, be capable of working both independently and as part of a team, have sharp analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. In addition, applicants must possess a commitment to quality and attention to detail and also be able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
