Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant

Department:Digital Operations

Job Purpose

The Senior Implementation Consultant leads the delivery of complex client projects, ensuring seamless implementation, rapid adoption, and outstanding customer experiences. This senior role manages a Professional Services POD (small team), acts as the primary escalation point, and drives end-to-end value delivery, including Customer Success Management (CSM) and Change Request (CR) support.

As a key member of the Professional Services Team, you will take full ownership of implementing Accounts Payable Automation projects on the Kefron AP platform. This includes gathering and translating business and technical requirements, designing system architecture, managing configurations, and overseeing deployment to ensure smooth adoption and measurable client outcomes.


This role demands deep expertise in SaaS solutions, project management, and client onboarding. The Senior Implementation Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the management team to ensure every implementation aligns with client objectives while contributing to the ongoing growth and evolution of the Kefron AP platform.


Key Responsibilities(Key Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to)

  • Lead and Enable POD Performance: Manage and mentor a team of consultants and specialists, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Act as the primary escalation point for complex challenges, distribute workload, and guide the team to successful resolution.

  • Drive End-to-End Implementations:Take full ownership of project outcomes by overseeing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, deployment, and adoption, enabling the team to deliver high quality implementations at pace.

  • Client Engagement Value Delivery: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, swift issue resolution, and a premium onboarding experience that delivers measurable value.

  • Change Success Oversight: Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure client outcomes are met, and oversee change requests to maintain scope alignment and optimize client satisfaction.

  • Process Excellence Margin Management:Champion continuous improvement in project delivery processes, aligning solutions as close to “out-of-the-box” as possible while maximizing efficiency, margins, and client ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with product and development teams to channel client feedback, inform platform enhancements, and shape onboarding best practices.

  • Knowledge Leadership:Act as a subject matter expert on SaaS solutions and industry trends, equipping the team with the insights, tools, and support needed to excel in delivery.

Personal Specification


Principal Qualifications Required:

• A relevant third-level project management degree (or computer science /business equivalent) is essential for this role.


Training Required (Formal Informal):

• Experience in an Agile project delivery environment is preferred

• Platform training will be provided.


Work Experience Necessary:

• Minimum 5 years in implementation consulting or solution delivery roles, with a track record of leading complex SaaS or software projects end-to-end.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams (PODs), manage escalations, and deliver high-value client outcomes.

• Experience working with ERP systems, finance processes, or AP automation projects is highly valuable.

• Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical deliverables.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Customer Success).

• Technical literacy, including comfort working with SQL or similar data analysis tools, is beneficial.
