Your responsibilities:

• Team Guidance: You guide two development teams in your role as an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach. These teams may be distributed nationally or internationally and use both German and English as their working languages. Organizing and facilitating Scrum meetings constitutes your daily business.
• Value Creation: You support your teams in focusing on customer satisfaction, software quality, and delivery capability. In doing so, you identify, track, and resolve any obstacles that arise.
• Team Development: Together with your teams, you work on building trust, developing conflict resolution skills, fostering commitment, and encouraging the assumption of responsibility.
• Mediation: You approach difficult situations and conflicts with openness and empathy; you address them directly and support your teams in finding solutions. You continuously evolve the team culture and encourage self-reflection.
• Collaboration: You maintain close collaboration with Product Owners, development teams, and other Scrum Masters. Together, you also work on topics that extend beyond the scope of individual team activities.
• Fostering an Agile Mindset: You embody agile values and principles, serving as a role model. You believe in a culture of trust, self-organization, and personal accountability-a culture you actively help to shape.
• Generating Ideas: You bring fresh ideas to the table and provide new impetus to drive the further development of both the team and the organization. You approach today's dynamic world with openness and a positive mindset.

Your profile:

• Certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, along with practical professional experience
• Third level qualification in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline
• A background in the IT industry or software development would be desirable
• You are passionate about conveying agile values and principles
• Availability for occasional business travel to our HQ in Karlsruhe, Germany
• Proficient in written and spoken English

We offer a hybrid working model with a mix of both office and home working with emphasis on a collaborative development. INIT Ltd, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, Ireland
