Bidvest Noonan invites you to explore a fantasticopportunity as a Night ServiceManager inour security sector working across our prestigious client portfolio in Dublin.

3 x nights Mondayto Wednesday 19:00 to 07:00 plus every second Thursday 19:00 to 07:00 with other cover required

Responsibilities

As a Service Manager, your duties will include:

  • Service manager to be the focus point for our night operations with a requirement to cover days on occasion as operations require.
  • Leading, organising, managing and developing Bidvest Noonan patrol division.
  • Ensuring Bidvest Noonan Patrol officers are compliant with TASK App.
  • Supporting the NCC with sourcing absence cover where necessary
  • Delivering a high quality, customer focused service through strong leadership and assisting in the development of a customer driven culture
  • Management, coordination, coaching and development of the Security Teams
  • Ensuring maximum compliance
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of our Security Teams, guiding them in following required procedures and policies
  • Monitoring Security Team activities across various sites, ensuring security standards meet client needs
  • Efficiently managing and controlling responses to all incidents
  • Collaborating with Bidvest Noonan Operations Management Team to identify and implement service improvements
  • Conducting monthly audits of services to ensure quality and compliance
  • Embodying Bidvest Noonan's Credo by projecting a professional company image
  • Always Adhering to client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS)
  • Leading by example and ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with statutory, regulatory and company safety and quality standards
  • Ensuring that the Security Teams understand and follow client confidentiality rules
  • Demonstrating leadership in best practice people management by ensuring that all Bidvest Noonan HR policies and procedures are embedded within the contract

EHSQ Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all employees comply with company policies related to Health and Safety at Work Regulations
  • Following the Company accident reporting procedure and assisting promptly and accurately with relevant documentation
  • Responding effectively to emergency situations while minimising disruptions to service delivery
  • Reporting any health and safety concerns
  • Reporting all near misses and good catches to the Operations Manager


Job Role Requirements:

To excel as a Service Manager with Bidvest Noonan, youshould have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of regulations and working laws governing the safety and security of staff, visitors, contractors and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Evacuation and Emergency procedures, evacuation principles and effective communication
  • Strong incident and crisis management capabilities
  • Excellent written and numeracy skills for various reporting
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to prioritise and manage a dynamic workload
