Réalta Technologies are seeking a Scrum Master to support a leading pharmaceutical facility in Cork for an 6 month contract initially. Following the success of their paper forms to Tulip Conversion Programme, The Scrum Master will support delivery across numerous business-critical initiatives.
You will play a key role in coordinating activities across business and technical teams, ensuring priorities are clearly understood, tasks are progressing as planned, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Programme Manager to drive successful delivery of the Paper Forms to Tulip Conversion Programme.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project meetings, and progress reviews where required.
- Ensure project tasks, actions, and deliverables are clearly understood, assigned, and completed within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain alignment on priorities and delivery expectations.
- Track progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate where appropriate.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across multiple departments and functional areas.
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and team effectiveness.
- Maintain project visibility through accurate reporting, action tracking, and stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master delivering Agile projects, with proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives), coaching teams, and driving Agile best practices.
- 2-3+ years' experience within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries, with an understanding of compliance frameworks such as GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), FDA, and EMA requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery and collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence, along with knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, release planning, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product Owners, business stakeholders, technical teams, QA, and globally distributed teams; Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) and experience in digital transformation or enterprise technology projects are highly desirable.
