Job Description:

Job Summary

As an Operations Clerk at SCS , you will play a critical role in the accurate handling, tracking, and shipping of shipments, domestic and international, in accordance with UPS and local government policies

This position is a duel functional role.
This position provides customer support and data entry and General Warehouse operations .

This position communicates with internal/external customers on a daily basis via phone and email. This position inputs and processes shipments, domestic and international, in accordance with UPS and local government policies.

General warehouse operations, not limited to loading, unloading, shipping, receiving and scanning. This position may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks.

Warehouse experience - Preferred

Responsibilities:

General Warehouse Operations
Screens incoming calls.
Keys data accurately within time specific deadlines into UPS systems.
Checks and forwards legal documentation.
Provides administrative support to Management team

Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.

Operate material handling equipment (MHE), such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification may be required) training will also be provided.

Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and compliant environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or healthcare distribution environment preferred.

Basic computer literacy and ability to use inventory and shipping software.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
