What the day will look like
- Build and evolve Aon's healthcare proposition, ensuring it remains aligned to market trends and client needs
- Drive innovation through new services, technology and data-led solutions to differentiate in the market
- Partner with business development and client leaders to deliver compelling, competitive propositions that support new business and retention
- Act as a leader with a point of view in healthcare consulting, improving Aon's market profile and credibility
- Lead data-led decision making across client engagements, translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build and bring to bear positive relationships with key healthcare insurers to secure best-in-market outcomes and drive innovation
- Develop structured approaches to benchmarking and ensure Aon remains competitively positioned
- Support consultants in delivering high-quality, creative and scalable client solutions, providing mentorship on complex challenges
- Develop guideline tools, frameworks and playbooks to uplift capability and drive consistency across the team
- Partner with leadership to align the healthcare proposition with Aon's broader strategy and embed it across the Human Capital business
- Collaborate across solution lines to deliver coordinated, client-focused outcomes
- Drive revenue growth and commercial performance through proposition development, insurer strategy and data insights
- Lead, mentor and develop team members, encouraging a high-performing, collaborative and innovative culture

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Deep expertise in healthcare / private medical insurance consulting
- Strong commercial competence and experience in insurer negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to develop propositions, tools, or new service offerings
- Strong analytical capability with experience bringing to bear data and insights
- Interest and vision in applying technology, data, and AI to client solutions
- Proven ability to influence senior collaborators (internal and external)
- Experience supporting or leading teams, with a focus on development and enablement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant Certificate in Insurance Product Advice (APA) Private Medical qualification, working towards or previously successful completion of Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) examinations
