Goods In Team Leader
Are you an experienced team leader with a background in warehouse operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail? Our client is looking for a Goods In Team Leader to join a busy team in Naas, Co. Kildare.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Goods In department, ensuring efficient receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
Utilising the inhouse Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Lead and support a team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Work closely with other departments to maintain a smooth supply chain.
Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory control.
Ensure compliance with health safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the food industry.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Forklift experience is an advantage.
