About the Role
FLY4 Airlines is looking for a well organised and proactive Travel & Logistics Coordinator to oversee travel arrangements for our Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, and Operational Staff. You will play a key role in ensuring staff are where they need to be, when they need to be there, supporting the smooth running of our operation. The successful candidate will work closely with our Flight Operations department and Crewing to align travel with rosters and ensure compliance with regulations.

FLY4 Airlines is looking for a well organised and proactive Travel & Logistics Coordinator to oversee travel arrangements for our Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, and Operational Staff. You will play a key role in ensuring staff are where they need to be, when they need to be there, supporting the smooth running of our operation. The successful candidate will work closely with our Flight Operations department and Crewing to align travel with rosters and ensure compliance with regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Arrange flights, accommodation, ground transport, and visas as required for flight crew, cabin crew, and operational teams.
- Work in close collaboration with the Crewing to ensure travel aligns with published rosters and operational changes.
- Manage booking requests via internal systems and liaise with external travel management companies (TMCs).
- Respond to last-minute changes in crew requirements due to delays, sickness, or schedule changes.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and crew duty/rest regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, confirmations, and costs.
- Provide travel disruption support, including emergency rebooking or route planning.
- Build and manage relationships with preferred suppliers (e.g., hotels, transfer services).
- Generate reports on travel spend, usage, and supplier performance for management review.

- Minimise our environmental impact by complying with all Company standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Emergency Response
- Maintain knowledge of the emergency response programme policies, processes, and procedures, as defined by the Emergency Response Procedures. Be prepared to respond in a crisis as an ERP representative, if required by the role.
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in travel coordination, crew logistics, or aviation operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with airline crew rostering, duty/rest limitations, and operational control processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Comfortable using booking systems, travel platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems independently and work well as part of a cross-functional team.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Flexibility to support operations during evenings or weekends on occasion, especially during disruptions.
- Right to work in the UK and Ireland.
