ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team to increase AML & fund knowledge by supporting MLROs who are appointed directly to funds (predominantly alternative funds), working closely with the service providers to the fund to ensure the fund is meeting its AML obligations and also act as cover at board meetings to present the MLRO report.

- Support the MLRO team in every day & ad hoc tasks
- Assist the MLRO Manager/Team to ensure all required compliance monitoring is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with the compilation and delivery of quarterly and annual reports to client fund board
- Assist with performing due diligence on service providers
- Maintain client registers and records to ensure they are accurate
- Perform administrative tasks related to the ongoing delivery of AML services to Waystone's clients.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of any regulatory filings and/or reports on behalf Waystone's clients to external competent authorities.
- Effective communication skills at all levels

Experience:
- Relevant work experience, preferably with AML and in the funds sector or financial services, however not obligatory
Education:
- University degree preferably specialising in law, business or regulation
- Professional qualification (such as ACOI, AML qualification) desirable but not require
