In the Senior Support Engineer role you will:<\/span>

  • Give support on all products.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Take care of both Pre and Post Production support.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Understand how to troubleshoot customer issues.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Communication with software engineers & cybersecurity within clients.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work on refining, innovating, developing & improving the support function.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide first class service to customers & build deep relationships.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create support KPIs, metric and tracking systems.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Key Skills & Experience for the Senior Support Engineer:<\/span>
    <\/p>\n

    \n <\/div>\n
      \n
    • Proven experience within Application or Software support.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Understanding of Java and\/or scripting languages such as Bash or Python (You do not have to be a Java coder, but you should understand how Java sits within the bigger picture).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Know tools such as Jira or Confluence or similar.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Know how to use Zendesk or Hubspot or similar tools.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience with developing, improving & scaling support.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Understanding of how technology works at a level to allow productive conversations with engineers.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong documentation ability.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Handy with Excel or similar software.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
