Job Description TTM Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a leading social care organisation to recruit Agency Social Care Workers in Bray, Wicklow. Play a key role supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to be active participants within the community that they live. This position offers 3 - 4 day shifts per week (13:00pm - 21:00pm and 11:00am - 21:00pm). Successful candidates will deliver person-centered care, including personal hygiene, medication prompting, meal preparation, companionship, and mobility support, aimed at maintaining dignity and independence in a safe environment.
