Your Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and trimming meat to exact specifications
- Adjusting machinery settings to meet product requirements
- Inspecting products for quality, including size, weight, colour, and packaging
- Identifying faults and resolving or reporting issues promptly
- Preparing goods for dispatch, including packing, labelling, and wrapping
- Supporting goods in/goods out processes
- Managing stock control and scanning products
- Operating mince and mix machinery
- Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
