The Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where your focus on quality, efficiency, and hygiene will directly contribute to delivering premium food products to our customers.

£14.40 per hour

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to report accurately
  • Good team player who works well under pressure
  • Able to work independently and on own initiative
  • Experience with scanning and IT systems
  • Determined and resilient, with the drive to complete tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • High levels of professionalism and integrity

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cutting and trimming meat to exact specifications
  • Adjusting machinery settings to meet product requirements
  • Inspecting products for quality, including size, weight, colour, and packaging
  • Identifying faults and resolving or reporting issues promptly
  • Preparing goods for dispatch, including packing, labelling, and wrapping
  • Supporting goods in/goods out processes
  • Managing stock control and scanning products
  • Operating mince and mix machinery
  • Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
