The Role
Join our production team as a Hygiene Operator and play a vital part in ensuring our production lines and areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Your work will directly support product quality and food safety across our site.
€16.20 per hour
Shifts: 8 hours, 5 days over 7 (including potential weekend work), night shift.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out thorough cleaning of all production lines and areas, including removing belts and parts and cleaning them to set instructions
- Cleaning machine parts, walls, floors, ceilings, and other surfaces in line with cleaning instruction cards
- Re-assembling cleaned lines ready for the next production run
- Working across different areas including boxing, chills, and freezers, following the cleaning schedule
- Complying with all SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality procedures
- Following checklists and workflow guidelines accurately
- Taking direction from the Team Leader and working with Quality and Production teams to meet hygiene standards
