Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the use of the full range of the Project Management Process.
- Being responsible and accountable, along with the lead project managers, for the successful delivery of projects.
- Provide support on day-to-day delivery of projects and show the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Support knowledge capture, sharing and innovation.
- Aiding the project manager with formulating and implementing the Project Execution Plan including all usual requirements including brief, governance, communications, stakeholder management, change management etc.
- Support preparation and evaluation of tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation.
- Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in project tracking, reporting, and execution.
- Support contract administration for relevant contract provisions, monthly reporting, project meetings and other administration-based tasks.
- Undertake service delivery is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Practice, particularly Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Undertake service in compliance with client's corporate governance procedures where applicable.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering/project management or a related field is preferred
- Membership of related professional body e.g. PMP, CAPM or equivalent are a plus.
- 2+ years relevant industry experience in project management or related field.
