  To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate three key experience markers:<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Deep Software Engineering Expertise<\/span><\/b> - Significant, hands\-on experience building and scaling robust software systems, ideally full\-stack or system\-level.<\/span>
     <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

  2. Proven External Client\-Facing Experience<\/span><\/b> - Comfortable working with external customers, preferably at enterprise level, engaging senior leadership and even C\-Level stakeholders.<\/span>
     <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

  3. Generative AI Experience or Passion<\/span><\/b> - Either practical experience working on AI\/GenAI projects <\/span>or<\/span><\/b> a clear personal interest and enthusiasm for applying Generative AI to real business challenges.<\/span>

     • 8+ years of hands\-on senior software engineering experience.<\/span>
       <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

     • Strong architectural thinking and ability to make sound technical trade\-offs.<\/span>

     • Experience leading workshops or working directly with customers.<\/span>
       <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

     • Excellent communication skills - able to engage technical and non\-technical stakeholders.<\/span>
       <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

     • Mentorship or leadership experience guiding engineering teams.<\/span>
       <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

     • Curiosity and hands\-on experience with modern AI tools.<\/span>
