\n They are seeking a Principal Solutions Director - a senior delivery leader who can turn strategy into execution, lead multiple projects, and help large organisations realise the full potential of AI.<\/span>

\n This is a hands\-on, high\-impact role where you will shape how enterprise AI solutions are delivered, work directly with senior client stakeholders (up to C\-suite), and ensure delivery teams create measurable business outcomes.<\/span>

\n Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

  • Lead multiple enterprise AI and advanced technology projects from planning through to successful delivery.
    <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Act as the day\-to\-day manager for multidisciplinary delivery teams, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
    <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Translate technical progress into clear, compelling business outcomes for senior executives.
    <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Draft and manage SOWs, roadmaps, and progress reporting while spotting risks early.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    \n Facilitate high\-impact stakeholder workshops and align technical and business teams.<\/span>

    \n Act as a product\-minded delivery lead - prioritise work, manage trade\-offs, and capture reusable delivery assets.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>\n
    \n Essential Experience <\/span>
    <\/span><\/b>\n <\/div>\n
    \n
    <\/span>\n <\/div>\n
    \n Technical Foundation - must have a background in software engineering or development, with hands\-on coding experience earlier in your career.<\/span>
    <\/span>\n <\/div>\n
    \n Enterprise Delivery Leadership - proven success managing multiple concurrent projects or programmes for enterprise\-level organisations.<\/span>
    <\/span>\n <\/div>\n
    \n C\-Level & Senior Stakeholder Engagement - excellent communication and facilitation skills with strong experience influencing executive decision\-makers.<\/span>

    \n Commercial AI Project Experience - exposure to real\-world AI\/ML or Generative AI delivery.<\/span>

    \n Strong Interest in AI\/GenAI - curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI to solve business problems.<\/span>
    <\/span>\n <\/div>\n
    \n Product management or product owner experience, ideally in a technology delivery environment.<\/span>

    \n Experience in regulated or compliance\-heavy industries.<\/span>
