About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your designated kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times. Working closely with the Executive Head Chef and senior kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests across restaurant, bar, banqueting, and event operations.
This role is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready to take the next step in their culinary career.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing fresh ingredients and setting up your section for service.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
Monitoring quality, presentation, and consistency across every plate leaving the kitchen.
Managing stock levels and ensuring food safety standards are maintained.
• Supporting junior chefs while continuing to learn and develop your own culinary skills.
Playing an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, conference delegates, wedding parties, and local visitors.

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for progression.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen best practices.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience within a hotel kitchen environment.
- Formal culinary qualifications.
- Experience in banqueting, events, or high-volume food service operations.
