Overview

We are looking for a sales driven, customer focused Key holder to work in our Kildare store, who can lead a team by example on the shop floor while supporting daily store operations.The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and creating a positive shopping experience. They should be confident in supporting staff, handling keyholder responsibilities such as opening and closing the store and taking initiative to ensure smooth store operations when management is unavailable.

Responsibilities

Key holder/senior sales associate will be responsible for the opening and closing of the store and supporting the day to day operations, often acting as manager on duty when store manager and assittant manager not present. Providing excellent customer service. Handling customer complaints. Supporting sales goals and promoting store promotions

Qualifications

A minimum of two years in retail is essential for this role.
