UCC wishes to appoint an experienced administrator to the role of Administrator, College of Business and Law who will have responsibility for day-to- day operational management of College Office administration, supporting the Head of College and the College Manager within the College as well as supporting information and good practice dissemination to the Schools of the College.
The Administrator will work closely within the College in achieving the College's objectives in governance, administration and record control whilst also supporting management objectives including administrative management and support of key College Committees, overall College event management and facilitation on-going liaison and reporting between the College and its two Schools (Cork University Business School and School of Law), liaison and reporting to Central Offices/Committees of the University, engagement with Staff, Students, and the wider community in support of University Strategy and achievement of College goals and objectives, in particular supporting development of and implementing College Plans and activities. The College Office Administrator also deputises for the Head of College and College Manager as required.
Please note that Garda vetting and/or an international police clearance check may form part of the selection process.

Appointment may be made on the Admin III Salary Scale: €60,862 - €72,665 (Scale B) / €57,949 - €69,147 (Scale A).
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
