Purpose of role
The purpose of this post is to work with the Patient Feedback and Experience Lead, Quality and Patient Safety team, QPS General Manager, and Director of Quality on all relevant activities in the Patient Feedback and Support Service related to the management of QPS special projects, internal and external reviews and enquiries, and integration with the HSE.

Essential Criteria
- A third level qualification (minimum Level 8 on QQI framework) in healthcare, quality, patient safety, patient feedback or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Good working knowledge of complaint management processes and relevant legislation (e.g. Health Act 2004, Your Service Your Say)
- Excellent ICT skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills
- Able to work across a wide portfolio with multiple concurrent projects and tasks to be prioritised and completed within required timeframes
