Purpose of the role
The purpose of this post is to be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the NNBSL office. They will monitor and report on, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that measure the performance of the office.

Essential Criteria
- Achieved Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification comparable to another jurisdiction Or hold a comparable and relevant third level qualification of at least QQI Level 5 on the National Framework.
- Strong Data Entry experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Knowledge of Patient Administration System (IPIMS)
- Minimum of 3 years Previous relevant hospital/healthcare experience
