The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

As a LinkedIn Global Client Executivewithin the EMEA region, you willbe the regional lead for our accounts responsible for both renewals and upselling on existing installation combined with a strong focus on developing consistent new business.You willpartner closely with the Client Directoron your accountsto expand our footprint by aligning LinkedIn's portfolio of professional solutions(across Talent, Learning and WWU)with the complex requirements of our largest global customers.

You will establish yourself as a peer and trusted advisor to seniorleveleconomic buyers at each of your clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and the markets inwhich they operate. You will also invest in and demonstrate an understanding of their strategy and how they executeon same. You will act as the single regional point of contact with our key global customers and conduct executive level commercial discussions with the intention of growing and capturing green, blue and white space.You will be responsible for being the lead on strategic clients with multiple POD language members for cohesion & best outcome for the business.

To ensure our clients generate the highest possible return on their investment, you will ensure that all LinkedIn Products and Solutions are beingutilizedeffectively in the region in collaboration with cross-functional partners and best practice. Ultimately, you will provide compelling recommendations for additional investmentsand renewals in LinkedIn.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring a passion for building strong and lasting relationships both within LinkedIn and externally with our clients, supporting our largest customers to be, and feel, successful with LinkedIn products and solutions. You will need to lead and supporta complex, cross-functional team to ensure multi-level engagement with the clients.

Responsibilities:

Success in this role will be your ability to excel in the following:

Client Focus

  • Be open, collaborative with XFP and customer-focused in all communications and transactions with colleagues and clients.
  • Leverage executive relationships and executive sponsors to deepen LinkedIn's relationships with clients.
  • Quickly gain knowledge and expertise of the entiretalentsuite of LinkedIn Solutions (Talent, Learning & Glint) to communicate the benefits of new products, features, and enhancements to our clients.
  • Provide high-quality customer engagement activities on the solutions they are already invested in.

Sales Excellence

  • Partner with the Global Client Director (GCD) of your named accounts to agree upon account goals, strategies and tactics for growth and then build the related account plans.
  • Own, build and drive the EMEA/LATAM level strategy for your accounts to both contribute to & align with the global strategy.
  • Identifykey decision makers, regional approach, buying processes, current investment, productutilizationand new revenue opportunities.
  • Prospect to find new business through local entities with zero/low LinkedIn footprint by building weekly pipeline of net new business identification expectation of 1.5-2 new opportunities per week.
  • Negotiate and close all orders with the larger LinkedIn investment in mind and provide post-contract support to ensure product delivery and satisfaction
  • Use Dynamics to track activities and, most importantly, accurately forecast your businesshaving CRM always reflect best practice detail.

Leadership

  • Coordinate and delegate a cross-functional team of subject matter experts to support your accounts, drawing on product specialist support when necessary.
  • Solution sell to our clients to become a part of their tools & technology ecosystem positioning LinkedIn as a key partner not a vendor.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the GCD to keep themupdated on new opportunities.
  • Represent both market trends and client need to the Executive and Product teams to ensure we are both serving current needs well and evolving our portfolio to identify future client needs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional deal management skills across deals of all levels.
  • Be active in driving diversity & LinkedIn culture and Values within the team & division.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in quota-carrying roles or equivalent sales consulting experience
  • 2+ years in enterprise client's sales
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience selling LinkedIn Learning.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to build strategy in EMEA to enhance global deal success.
  • Success selling tosenior talent, learning executives and business partners on the solution of LinkedIn
  • Proven success in selling brand new, disruptive technology
  • Client success mindset to maintain legacy revenues and protect long term revenue opportunities.
  • Experience closing new business accounts and managing existing accounts
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate a plan to ensure deep penetration into global accountsand regional entities
