Director, Employment Legal (EMEA + JAPAC)
Role Summary
HubSpot's Legal team is a proactive, business-enabling partner-not a back-office function. We help our teams move fast, smart, and responsibly. Legal plays a critical role in balancing innovation with rigor-helping HubSpot scale responsibly while maintaining trust, compliance, and clarity.
As Director, Employment Legal (EMEA + JAPAC), you will lead HubSpot's regional employment legal function across EMEA and JAPAC.
