About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Corporate Business to lead and accelerate the growth of our Corporate Health portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with a clear mandate to shape the future of corporate health solutions in Ireland.

As a key member of the Health leadership team, you will drive innovation, develop high-value solutions for corporate clients, and leverage the strength of AXA Ireland and the wider AXA Group to deliver meaningful impact for organisations and their employees.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Driving Growth & Transformation

• Lead the strategy and execution of the Corporate Health business growth agenda
• Deliver sustainable growth across the corporate portfolio
• Scale and optimise sales and distribution channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and Employee Benefit Consultants

Enhancing Customer Value

• Develop innovative, market-leading health solutions tailored to corporate needs
• Continuously enhance the experience and value delivered to corporate members
• Translate customer insights and feedback into new product and service opportunities
• Strengthen long-term client partnerships through proactive engagement

Innovation & Portfolio Development

• Identify and develop adjacencies to expand the corporate offering
• Lead innovation initiatives to meet evolving workforce health needs
• Future-proof the corporate portfolio through agility and forward thinking

Leveraging Group Strength

• Collaborate with AXA Ireland and global teams to leverage insights, innovation, and scale
• Drive best practice sharing across international markets
• Ensure strong alignment with broader group strategy and capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior commercial or leadership role, ideally within insurance, healthcare, or financial services
• Strong track record of driving business growth, transformation, and innovation
• Deep understanding of corporate clients and B2B relationships
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex organisations
• A passion for improving health outcomes and delivering meaningful customer value
