- Position Title: Key Account Manager

- Position Summary:
- ZAGG International is seeking a proactive and customer oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for working proactively with ZAGG customer's Resellers & Distributors & supporting sales across international markets. You will be responsible for supporting all queries from Field Sales & Channel Partners to ensure smooth operations, SLA adherence and timely customer information and maintaining existing accounts, upselling where possible and assisting in the roll out of new accounts and services to specified customer segments and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.
- The team is highly collaborative, so the successful candidate will enjoy working with others to share ideas, as well as have the ability to work independently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support - Support Regional Field Sales Personnel & Partners on all pre-& post sales enquiries. This includes but is not limited to order entry, back order management, invoicing, delivery issues, sample requests, complaints and return requests.
- Build & develop relationships with ZAGG field sales, partners & resellers.
- Ownership of customer weekly reports to include, backorders, shipments, open orders
- Understand the product - Keep abreast of any changes here and make sure to have the most up to date information possible.
- Support sales with sample requests and other internal tasks.
- Keep distributors and resellers proactively informed about new product launches, emerging business opportunities, and value-driven upsell and cross-sell solutions to maximize growth and revenue potential.
- Display "promotional awareness"- capable of pushing products and promotions to the reseller channel
- Be proficient in all ZAGG internal systems & ensure you follow all procedures from an audit perspective. Police & validate that field sales & partners are adhering to processes.
- Miscellaneous, ad-hoc tasks must be completed as required - includes covering colleagues during times of leave; assisting in induction training for new employees; other general administrative duties as required by Management.
- Work on own initiative to identify areas for potential process improvement
- Perform additional duties as require.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in English and a second language is considered an advantage for this role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Experience with CRM, GP and Dynamics.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Will be technically competent, having worked in a technology sales order management environment prior to this.
- Proven record in customer order management.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive Problem solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative. approach to problem-solving.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills, ability to work on own initiative & also as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt and change with the business needs.
