Employee Relations Associate
Location: Park West Business Park, Dublin 12
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 39 hours per week (Hybrid Model available)
Salary €41,975
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering the Employee Relations agenda across Rehab Group. As an Employee Relations Associate, you will work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, providing expert advice, guidance and support to managers and stakeholders. You will help build positive employee relations, ensure compliance with legislation, and contribute to a fair, consistent and people-focused workplace culture.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives on variety, enjoys solving complex people issues, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a values-led organisation.

What were looking for:
- Third-level qualification in HR or Business (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent)
- CIPD qualified (Member or equivalent)
- 2 years' HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, with exposure to ER work.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Irish and EU employment legislation
- Proven experience in industrial relations, negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, including performance management and employee engagement
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
