Kepak is currently hiring for a Temporary HR Support role. This position will work closely with the HR and Learning & Development teams, providing administrative support. It's a great short-term opportunity to gain HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

What to expect in the job?

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Learning & Development teams.
  • Scan, upload, and accurately store employee records and documentation in SharePoint.
  • Maintain and organise digital and physical employee files in line with company standards.
  • Support document control to ensure records are accurate, up to date, and accessible.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information at all times.
  • This is a temporary role of up to 3 months.

Requirements

What we need from you?

  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic IT skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage and organise files (electronic and paper-based).
  • Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
