HR Support Role (Temporary)

Kepak is currently hiring for a Temporary HR Support role. This position will work closely with the HR and Learning & Development teams, providing administrative support. It's a great short-term opportunity to gain HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
What to expect in the job?
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Learning & Development teams.
- Scan, upload, and accurately store employee records and documentation in SharePoint.
- Maintain and organise digital and physical employee files in line with company standards.
- Support document control to ensure records are accurate, up to date, and accessible.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information at all times.
- This is a temporary role of up to 3 months.

Requirements
What we need from you?
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic IT skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage and organise files (electronic and paper-based).
- Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
