We are currently recruiting for a Warranty Administrator to join a leading motor distributor group in Dublin.

This is a newly created position within the team and an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and analytical skills to develop their career within a well-established organisation. Working closely with the Warranty Manager, you will play a key role in supporting dealer networks, reviewing claims, and ensuring warranty processes are managed efficiently and accurately.

The Role

As Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing warranty-related administration, supporting dealer queries, analysing claims data, and ensuring all submissions meet manufacturer and company guidelines.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing dealer and internal warranty queries
  • Reviewing and processing warranty claims
  • Ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
  • Analysing claims data and preparing reports
  • Supporting warranty recalls and related communications
  • Liaising with internal departments including Parts and Technical teams
  • Assisting with dealer ticket management through online systems
  • Supporting the Warranty Manager with day-to-day administration and reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative, warranty, or technical support role
  • Experience within the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
