Job Description TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a House Coordinator on behalf of a leading disability service based in Kilkenny. These are full-time permanent contract working a 39-hour week. Salary: 44,341 to 56349 An extra 4% pay increase will apply at the end of 2026. Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a supervisory capacity within a similar social care setting. Have 3 years experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities. Detailed understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services. An excellent working knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards. Thorough knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding requirements including Trust in Care and Children First. An ability to lead, direct, coordinate and delegate the work of the team while providing consistent and quality support for vulnerable adults. Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
