Job Description Role: Social Worker - Team Lead Job Type: Full-Time, Specified Purpose (35hrs a week) Location: Tipperary Salary: 72,407 - 83,520 TTM Healthcare is currently recruiting a Social Worker Team Leader to come and join one of Ireland's leading disabilities services. As a Social Worker Team Lead, you will provide a quality, evidence-based Social work service to adults with complex needs arising from a disability.Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will work within in a family-centred model. As a Team lead, you will be a support to the junior members as well as the Principal Social Worker. Key Requirements: A NQSW or equivalent professional social worker qualifications. 3 years post qualification social worker experience with a depth and breadth of experience in services for people with a disability. Be registered with the Social Workers Professional Register (CORU) and have an active CPD Portfolio. Permit to work in Republic of Ireland. Full clean driving licence and use of a car. Demonstrate the ability to ensure high standards in the delivery of a quality social work service for people with a disability. Demonstrate skill in organising and planning Demonstrate the ability to provide leadership, supervision, and effective therapeutic intervention. Demonstrate initiative and innovation in identifying areas for service development and improvement. Display effective interpersonal and communication skills including skills in multidisciplinary working and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, supported individuals and families.
