Job Description TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Team Leader and a Social Care Worker on behalf of a leading disability service based in Kildare. These are full-time permanent contract working a 39-hour week. Team Leaders work Monday to Friday! Salary for Team Leader46,466 - 55,244 per annum DOE plus on call rate of 3,904 should you wish to partake. Salary for Socia Care Worker: 39,088 - 56,349 per annum An extra 4% pay increase will apply at the end of 2026. At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility for Team leaders and 1 years experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities for the Social Care worker. At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector for the Social care leader. Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services. Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
