Job Description TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a Grade IV Clerical Officer to join their team in Mallow, Co. Cork. Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay Scale: 19.97 - 30.67 per hour, depending on previous relevant public sector experience. Location: Mallow, Co. Cork Contract: 6 Month Initial Contract (with possibility of extension) Availability: Immediate start required. Candidates must be available immediately or have a maximum notice period of 2 weeks. Key Responsibilities The Grade IV Clerical Officer will provide administrative support to the department and assist with the efficient day-to-day running of administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing general administrative support to the department. Uploading referrals and maintaining accurate records. Managing and maintaining documentation in an organised and secure manner. Managing a complaints handling inbox and ensuring queries are processed appropriately. Using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage data and complete administrative tasks. Supporting the preparation of correspondence, reports and other office documentation. Providing reception cover when required. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of administrative procedures and processes. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. Supporting colleagues and providing administrative cover as required. Working collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a professional and respectful working environment. Minute taking experience. Essential Criteria Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills and experience working with administrative systems and databases.
