About theRole
As a GeneralManager in one of our Delivery Kitchens, you'll have full accountability forthe performance of a fast-paced, delivery-focused operation. With no dine-inservice, your focus will be on driving operational excellence, leading yourteam, and ensuring every order is delivered quickly, accurately, and to thehighest standard.
You'llbuild, lead, and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture thatthrives on pace, precision, and consistency. From managing costs and drivingefficiency, to maintaining food quality and cleanliness, you'll take ownershipof all aspects of the kitchen's performance.
This is ahands-on leadership role where you'll set the tone, drive results, and play akey part in the continued growth of the business.
