About the Position
In close collaboration with the global HR team, platform HR leads and HR COE leads and as part of our overall HR strategy, this role will represent and execute all HR activities for the Dublin Office. The Human Resources Manager, Dublin is responsible for day-to-day delivery of HR operations, managing employee relations, driving talent development initiatives and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The position requires a passion for creating a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement and optimising HR processes.

- Reports to: AVP, Senior HRBP & Head of HR - Ireland
- Key Stakeholders & Partners: HR COE leads, Senior Leadership Team, wider HR teams and employees.
Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and HR administration.
- In conjunction with the HR Services COE, ensure appropriate responses to employee queries pertaining to benefits, including pension, medical insurance, annual leave allowances and others as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Support HR COEs in the provision of existing and new services
- Collaborate with the global HR team on HR projects, contributing local insights and executing initiatives that align with the overall global HR strategy.

HR Policies, Employee Relations and Compliance
- Ensure that all HR policies and practices are compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Regularly update and communicate HR policies to staff and ensure consistent application across the organisation.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, while ensuring appropriate escalation, for employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Provide guidance and support on employee concerns, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee personal and job information within Workday, notifying HR Services COE to request updates as necessary to maintain upto-date records.

Performance Management
- Support the delivery of performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback.
- Work with local management to identify employee development opportunities.

Talent Acquisition
- Support the Talent Acquisition COE to deliver effective recruitment strategies, attracting and retaining top talent.
- Support the recruitment process by interviewing of candidates, where required.

Training & Development
- Identify training needs across the organisation and work with L&D COE to develop programs that enhance employee skills, foster leadership and support professional growth.
- Facilitate training sessions as needed.

Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Working with the internal payroll accounting team and ensuring that payroll is effectively managed for the Dublin office
- Work closely with Benefits COE to ensure the timely onboarding and off-boarding of employees from benefits programmes, including pension, income protection and health insurance.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Work to promote a positive company culture, align employee values with organisational goals and ensure employees feel valued and supported.
- Support the implementation of the global DEI strategy at the local level by assisting with DEI activities and initiatives within the Dublin office, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Support the implementation and communication of Global Employee Survey results within the Dublin platform, ensuring that feedback is integrated into local HR activities and initiatives.
- Support the development of employee engagement and wellbeing strategies to improve morale, productivity, and job satisfaction.

HR Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyse HR metrics, including turnover rates and absenteeism and use data to identify trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on office attendance
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be beneficial or an interest in pursuing one.
- Track record of progressive HR experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law, HR best practices, and global HR policies.
- Proficiency in using HRIS, ideally Workday and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Collaborative style and thrives in working in a team-based environment and supporting others to achieve HR and business goals.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to implement HR solutions to address business needs.
- A strong customer focus and employee experience mindset.
- Strong time-management skills are essential to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
