The Associate Project Management role is ideal for individuals with project management experience who are ready to take on more responsibility in planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Experience or knowledge of project management in a Learning and Development or broader HR environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities. Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Act as a liaison between project managers, team members, and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure timely communication of project updates.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    Identify project risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    Maintain accurate project documentation, track progress, and support reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement
    Contribute to the development and refinement of project management practices and standards. Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team


Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience :A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Certifications such as CAPM or PRINCE2 are advantageous
