Principle Objective

Reporting to the Head of Building Services, the purpose of this role is to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of property & facility projects across Chadwicks Group. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and energy,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools such as Autocad & MS Project is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant experience in a similar role with a large multi-site business and/or Project Management qualification


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling and coordination of property projects including refurbishments, relocations, maintenance and new developments.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to the Head of Building Services.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and consultants.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Assist with general project administration and ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Attend site visits and project meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.


Essential Competencies

  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in construction or surveying also an advantage


Contract Type

  • Permanent
  • Full time 39-hour contract
  • Working week Monday to Friday.
