As a Senior Maximo Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Maximo solutions. You are expected to design the "big picture" (Functional) while having the hands-on expertise to build it (Technical). You will guide clients through digital transformation by optimizing their asset management processes and implementing high-performance technical configurations.

Requirements
Solution Architecture

• Guide and implement strategy to transform customer business needs into a viable solution.
• Solution, size and estimate MX7.6.x/MAS solutions.
• Perform configuration and troubleshooting of Maximo components.
• Be technical/functional SPOC
• Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements and translate them into a Functional Design Document (FDD) and Technical Design Document (TDD).

Functional Advisory

• Advise clients/business analysts on best practices for Work Management, Supply Chain, and Asset Life Cycle within Maximo.
• Be the center point of connection across various teams

Data & Analytics

• Advise/Design data schemas and reporting strategies using BIRT, Cognos, or SQL-based ETL processes.
• Provide technical expertise.
• Act as a data lead for data-led solutions (like data migrations) in Maximo. This includes but not limited to design, implementation, builds, pgls support etc.

Project Leadership

• Act as the technical lead for large-scale deployments, managing the "System Change" lifecycle from dev to production.
• Manage stakeholders
• Act as a mentor to juniors and guide them on Maximo.
• Stay current with IBM roadmap updates and emerging features.

Technical & Functional Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of relevant Maximo experience (industry experience in the Utility industry is an added advantage), including requirement gathering, solution design, administration, customisation, and deployment.5+ years in a customer-facing consulting role.
• Functional: Deep knowledge of Maximo modules, integration framework, MAS architecture.
• Technical: Mastery of SQL, REST API, Maximo Integration Framework, Configurations(like DB, cron etc) & Automation scripting, and Workflow Designer.

General Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Maximo certification(s)
• Cloud certifications (preferred)
