WHAT WE OFFER • The Start Date of employment will be: 4th of August • Starting salary of €32,842 based on competence and experience . • 39hrs working Monday to Friday and includes one weekend day per month. Full Benefit List https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/this-is-ikea/work-with-us/why-work-with-us-because-a-job-with-us-is-so-much-more-than-a-job-pub1969c310 WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • You have a experience in a relevant creative field. • A working knowledge in design software such as Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. • You are excited about home furnishings, design and how people live, and have the ability to use generate new ideas to inspire our customers. • You have a hands-on approach, feeling at ease working with various hand tools and comfortable working at heights. • This role requires flexibility to travel across Ireland and the UK to support ongoing business expansion. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • Use visual merchandising competence to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in range presentation solutions in the store by working with store layout, range presentation and vitality. • Understanding the local market to plan and implement relevant, inspiring, affordable and commercial range presentation solutions that reflect a wide variety of styles, price levels, meet the many individual tastes and exceed our visitor's expectations. • Collaborate with the Com&In team and other functions, act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the impact of actions on the financial results • Working with the commercial calendar to implement range changes.
