Overview

We are seeking ambitious and driven graduates to join the team as Graduate Sales Advisors. The role offers a unique blend of telesales (9 months) and field sales experience (3 months), providing exposure to multiple sales channels and a strong foundation for a long-term career in sales.

The Role

An entry-level commercial role for graduates motivated by targets, progression, and financial rewards. The position provides real accountability from day one, with clear pathways into advanced sales and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales (Inside Sales):

  • Engage with customers via phone
  • Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up on inbound enquiries
  • Build relationships, handle objections, and close deals
  • Present products and services and manage a sales pipeline

Field Sales (Outside Sales):

  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners with a focus on high conversion rate.
  • Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships and Promote and sell PrepayPower products/services.
  • Identify new business opportunities

General Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain CRM records
  • Collaborate with teams

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (all disciplines considered)
