Registered Manager & Business Development Leads
We are currently recruiting Registered Manager & Business Development Leads in the following locations:
- Bournemouth / Poole / Christchurch (BCP)
- Bromley / South East London
- Belfast / Northern Ireland
This is not a traditional Registered Manager role. It starts as pure business development - using your existing relationships with commissioners, discharge teams, and case managers to build a caseload of complex care packages in your region. As packages are won the role evolves into full Registered Manager responsibilities, with complete back-office and clinical governance support from our central team behind you.
Two days per week to start, growing directly in line with what you deliver.
To be considered you must hold one of the following:
- Current NMC registration (RGN), or
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (held, not in progress)
If you know the local health and social care commissioning landscape in any of these regions - the ICB leads, the CHC teams, the discharge planners, the HSC Trusts in Northern Ireland - we want to hear from you.
