This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Engineer based in Ireland.

This role is a highly hands-on growth execution position focused on building, launching, and scaling performance marketing and demand generation systems with AI at the core of execution.
You will operate across paid acquisition, experimentation, and automation, working directly on campaigns rather than managing them through intermediaries.
The environment is fast-paced and builder-oriented, where speed, testing, and iteration matter more than formal process or layered approvals.
You will design and deploy AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work and significantly increase output across marketing operations and growth activities.
A key part of your impact will come from turning data, signals, and insights into immediate actions across acquisition and ABM motions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments and prefers building systems over producing documentation.
You will play a central role in scaling growth through automation, experimentation, and hands-on campaign optimization.

Accountabilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, programmatic platforms, and emerging AI-native growth channels.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven workflows for copy generation, audience segmentation, lead enrichment, reporting automation, and campaign execution.
  • Design and execute ABM and targeted pipeline generation strategies, turning account signals into fast outbound and conversion sequences.
  • Continuously experiment with new growth channels, rapidly identifying what works and scaling high-performing initiatives.
  • Use AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, n8n) to enrich, qualify, and route leads before sales engagement.
  • Analyze funnel performance, attribution, and campaign data to generate actionable insights and independently execute optimizations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation roles within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to personally launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (not only manage agencies or vendors).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with funnel metrics, attribution models, dashboards, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Daily use of AI tools for execution tasks such as copywriting, research, automation, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ABM and programmatic tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, n8n, Make, Apollo) is a strong plus.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python or SQL) is a plus for data extraction and lightweight automation.

Benefits:

  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility
  • 20 days of paid time off annually plus US public holidays
  • Professional development reimbursement for continuous learning and upskilling
  • Strong product-market fit within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven marketing and growth practices
  • Opportunity to directly own high-impact growth experiments and campaigns
