We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on, all-round role combining Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and elements of European payroll.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations while leading and supporting a small team. This position suits someone who is confident working independently, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is comfortable using data, Excel, and emerging tools such as AI to improve processes and reporting.

Minimum qualifications:
- Proven 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, with responsibility for managing and developing a team
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Solid experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation)
- Strong numerical and analytical ability, with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with the ability to support and guide team members effectively
- Experience in payroll (Ireland and/or UK) is advantageous but not essential
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
