Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), the Senior Finance Analyst is the key finance business partner supporting all reporting, analysis and financial project work for the Circle K Ireland corporate business.
This is a full-time permanent role based five days on site in Circle K Support Office, Dublin 4.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), the Senior Finance Analyst is the key finance business partner supporting all reporting, analysis and financial project work for the Circle K Ireland corporate business.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for all local reporting to Circle K parent company, Alimentation Couche-Tard (ACT).
- Business partner with budget owners and senior stakeholders in relation to OPEX and Overheads.
- Coordinate delivery of local management reporting and ACT reporting packs.
- Coordinate forecast and budget planning process and consolidation of the total business plan.
- Present annual budget sign-off meetings to the leadership team.
- Analyse and drive cost savings across all areas of the business.
- Champion of new systems impacting the reporting of financial performance.
- Project work as and when required.
Experience:
- Professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- 3+ years' PQE experience in a similar financial planning and analysis role.
- Experience with business partnering and engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels is essential.
- Experience in Retail, Service Industry or similar fast paced environment is advantageous.
- Strong IT skills with advanced Excel.
- Experience building reports in Power BI is a preference.
- Team orientated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Good time management with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on agreed deadlines.
- Strong commercial business acumen.
