Role Summary

Role Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating and submitting financial costs for product promotions and new listings accurately and on time, ensuring alignment with agreed promotional mechanics, customer requirements and internal approvals.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to support the timely completion of new line forms, promotional submissions and other day-to-day commercial activity.
- Updating Movex accurately and promptly with agreed customer promotions, helping to ensure smooth execution and clear commercial visibility across the business.
- Preparing and submitting cost changes, including customer communications, in line with agreed decisions and business timelines.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date cost information in Movex, ensuring changes are reflected promptly and communicated effectively where required.
- Responding to day-to-day queries from trade buyers, assistants and supply chain contacts, providing timely and professional support on commercial matters.
- Working closely with other Boyne Valley departments to resolve queries and support delivery of customer requirements, including Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics and Field Sales.
- Providing holiday and other leave cover across the Commercial Support team to help maintain continuity and service standards.
- Supporting additional administrative and commercial tasks as required.

- Strong numerical skills, commercial awareness and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident in building effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to work on own initiative, take ownership of tasks, and identify opportunities for administrative or process improvements that support the ongoing development of the role.
- Excellent IT skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and an ability to work confidently across commercial systems and processes.
- Previous experience in a similar commercial support or customer-facing role would be an advantage.
