Key Responsibilities
Invoice Processing& Payments
- Receive, review, and process supplier invoices in accordancewith company policies
- Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes(3-waymatching)
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internalstakeholders
Reconciliations& Controls
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve variances
- Maintain accurate accounts payable ledgers
- Assist with month-end close, including accruals andAP reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and auditrequirements
Vendor &Stakeholder Management
- Maintain vendor master data
- Respond promptly to supplier and internal queries
- Build and maintain positive working relationships withsuppliers
ProcessImprovement
- Identify opportunities to improve AP processes andefficiency
- Support automation and system improvements
Key Skills &Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solvingabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge &Experience
- 1-3+ years' experience in an accounts payable or financerole
- Experience in invoice processing and supplierreconciliations
- Strong Excel skills
